Little Sprouts (ages 7-10)

Little Sprouts provides children ages 7-10 the opportunity to practice connecting with themselves and others through the ancient practices of yoga and mindfulness. It's a lively fun-filled class that incorporates exercises that teach focus, concentration, and cooperation. We complete the class by ending with breathing, relaxation, and a loving-kindness meditation. This is a donation-based class, donations can be made at the time of class. Registration is required. $15/registrant

ROOT yoga + mindfulness for youth ages 11-14

We’re mixing a little learning (think ideas and concepts) with lots of doing (think yoga, meditation, and breathing) to create a class that’s mind/body balanced. The yoga practice will be both gentle and playful, set to music, with restorative yoga and candlelight to end class. The learning will focus on skills that when practiced frequently can help shape and train the brain for positive mental health. $15 per registrant. Registration is required.

Well-Bean Family Yoga

Looking for a meaningful way to connect as a family? Our Well-Bean Family Yoga class invites families to come together for a playful and heartwarming experience.

Through guided mindfulness practices, breathing exercises, and movement, you'll discover new ways to bond while cultivating well-being. We’ll even end with a magical moment of rest and relaxation, surrounded by the soft glow of candlelight.

No flexibility is required—just curiosity and a willingness to play! This class is all about connection, laughter, and spending quality time with the people who matter most.

All families are welcome—whether it’s parents, grandparents, aunties, or anyone who makes up your family. The curriculum is designed for children ages 6-13, and registration is required to secure your spot. The $30 registration fee includes up to four individuals. Come play, connect, and create lasting memories with us! Here are the details:

This inviting space sets the perfect tone for connection and relaxation during our class.

$30 includes up to four individuals
We require registration pre-registration for attendance. We ask that you kindly prepay when you register to secure your space. If you need to cancel, we ask for at least 24 hours' notice in order to process a refund.
